It examines new opportunities and challenges for deeper integration\, considering factors such as trade\, security\, and infrastructure development. \nAkram Umarov is the First Vice-Rector of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy and a researcher at the Institute for Advanced International Studies in Tashkent\, Uzbekistan. He was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the University of Pittsburgh in 2021-2022 and has held senior research positions in Uzbekistan.
