Dr. Kobby Barda is a lecturer at the School of Multidisciplinary Studies at the Holon Institute of Technology (HIT) and a Senior Research Fellow at the Jewish People Policy Institute (JPPI). He is a political historian specializing in American political development, U.S. foreign policy, and geostrategy.
Dr. Barda earned his PhD from the University of Haifa and focuses on the intersection of politics, strategy, and global affairs. He also serves as a geostrategic advisor to Bank Hapoalim, Israel’s largest bank, where he analyzes global political trends and their economic implications.
