Liana Eustacia Reyes, JD, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of International Relations and Founder and Director of the Law and Conflict (LAC) Research Lab at Purdue University’s Department of Political Science. Her research examines the determinants and consequences of conflict resolution through the lens of law and governance, focusing on group-level legal preferences. Her work appears in International Studies Quarterly, Journal of Conflict Resolution, Conflict Management and Peace Science, and Studies in Conflict and Terrorism. She was a Rosenwald Fellow at Dartmouth College’s John Sloan Dickey Center and previously held a Provost Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Reyes holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Rice University, an M.A. in Politics from NYU, and an M.A. in Global Affairs and JD from Florida International University.
