Drawing on partnerships with local organizations, we examine how civic networks, local governments, and informal institutions foster resilience amid conflict and uncertainty.
Our research explores the bottom-up processes that support recovery—how communities mobilize resources, maintain trust, and restore local order when central authority is under strain. The lessons from Ukraine illuminate how societies rebuild after devastation, offering insights relevant to reconstruction efforts worldwide.
