Nava Shaked will examine how cutting-edge AI technologies are transforming education systems, from the integration of generative AI tools in teaching and learning to the ethical dilemmas educators now face. Drawing on two decades of experience in AI research and technology leadership, she will discuss how artificial intelligence is reshaping curricula, human-machine interaction, and the balance between fostering creativity and preventing over-reliance on synthetic output, while outlining what “Responsible AI” should mean in the classroom.
Shaked is the head of the School of Multidisciplinary Studies at the Holon Institute of Technology, a Senior Non-Resident Scholar at CGM, and an Adjunct Professor in the PhD program in Computational Linguistics at CUNY Graduate Center. This event is co-sponsored with Pitt Cyber.
